Haron snakebound sword. Haron (human race) rides snakes in the Mipta valleys. These harmless reptiles sometimes tolerate humans. Swords are used, because these snakes are liable to be stand upon to use a spear (or 2 spears). Snakes are used instead of horses, because the Mipta valleys have swamps that the horses don't tolerate. Special saddles and boots required...

Enhir spirit swords. These are some of the true arms. By the end of his life or when taking up religous service, a veteran can sacrefice his arm - with a similar sword or a gwinn's soulrip. It tears out your fencing skills that is implanted into this weapon. The sword will paralyze when cutting through meat, but not leave a wound. Simple versions are tournament swords, these are meant to aid a fragile champion. Not for justice, but for personal survival and for most of the time - love.
--- Protector (5th, 6th and 7th) (last is -----)
May Etel be by your sight when danger comes. Holy "second blades" given blessing incast for 2 minute for hell of a fight. It means that when you grab it, it has a single dose of boost and stamina to aid you in trouble. Sadly only the last sword is able to handle the blessing (it is loaded currently). Etel is said to protect it's disciplines from every harm, or so everybody prays.
------- Niorn obsidian (the 2nd and 3rd from the right)
The native niorns don't use obsidian, but the nations in the west coast of the Lead Sea do. They dive into the inner crust of Labric in armies of a thousand and estabilish mines, hunt monsters... and salvage more useful staff than they have mined so far. The less reliable resources will be used in narrow swords (twohanders weighting half as much as you would think) and these base long swords. Humans love their swords, but niorns know better how to use it and this includes the common folk. Obsidian can cut better than any narrow steel blade might. It only needs magic to make it durable and flexible. The results are greater than otherwise, since obsidian is much lighter than steel.
