I made a lot of weapons long ago and these little beasts are owned by Wendigo Publishing and Consulting, LLC. So they made a (card?) game and these are probably in.

Well, had to remake last... Yep 2 stacks at once at it was made.

1: Sword Fire

Starts with flame aura around blade, adds to fire based spells, and a heat aura around the person that weakens cold staff. Armor melting effect: heats up any metal it counters (including gold, silver...) and that hurtts a lot. It is a demage based up on heavy armor rating.

2: Gnome gamma ray sword.

Wielder and all units friend/foe near by including mechanic, unded except fully resistant creatures weaken in every round and may die to the circumstances. The rate is slow but doubles, tripples... by the time it has been struck. Creating fusion in a sword's blade is not a safe technology!!!!!

3: Human Elec

Bsed up on foes having heavy armor, shield or metal weapons. Opponents having these equipment take demage when facing wielder in close combat. Water based attacks on wielder add the electirity demage so be careful!

4: Elwen ice.

Creates ice plateu under wielder and units not agile enough may have decreased stats. Except the wielder. As icewall, can halve combat spell demage. Or third way: slowing target by a kind of freeze effect. Only on living, normal size creatures. Small size creatures double effect.
----------------------------------

5 Dwarven crystal

Adds to base demage. Durable, cannot be rezisted. Crystallization effects all friendly units' weapons in the round giving bonus demage to all.

6 drow shadow

Store your weapon as your shadow. With shadow aura, night or other spells it effects double, can only be dispersed for a short period with light magic. THe shadow can grow and attacks by cutting the opponent's shadow. This is the item's original demage and the armor does not effect it. Cannot give the finishing blow with the shadow blade, cannot be boosted with poison, spell.

7 Dwarf light

Basidally to see in the dark. Normally to improve demage against all evil and sometimes a sanctuary. Wielder casts sanctuary and cannot be attacked while staying deffensive. It is to heal your unit in the meantime. Sanctuary delays effects while it holds. If poisoned and not cured, it will still drain life...

8 Fiorian life force

Doubles equipping unit's life force and hp regeneration if has. Only for living units (including evil alive)

9 Gnome material creation

2 use I figured. One was I come up with last time to summon materials into battlefield. This is to enhance the fighting unit's stats by your normal resources (witch does what is the question), so if you have a great mass from something, it is good. Exponentional summ...
The other usability is to turn the defeated opponent into resource. 100% or 50% you get after the opponent (cannot sacrefice)

10 Chaotic distortion from evil

Well-known fantasy likes swords like this. This thing cannot cut, thrust, whatever. The item is randomly manipulating the rules. Inherited the looks from Dragon Age bloodmages. The "sword" is made from an iron rod and... whatever nasty thing. It would be too simple for the sword to devour the opponent like in Prototype.

In my way this thing would completely mess up with spell forms, space, directions, all phisical laws. In a bad way, ripping the texture, the fabric and the grid of the world. In a good way, let's make miracles...

11 Dwarven sound

Any creature struck by will have base stats decreased by a small amount each times it has been hit. Getting "dizzy". Stacks near by - friend or foe are effected by the "noize" have stats decreased untill sword is active.

The second to last one is horribly designed from a practicality standpoint
