Weapon of stupidity

And weapon of Fantasy.

One is one other is other. Technically these are not weapons, but tools to make your life INTERESTING. Effects:

- Stupidity: Stupidity is the most powerfull thing in the universe or even more powerfull than that. Stupidity starts as a constant effect after the item appears in front of the "lucky one". Around the subject everything shall malfunction due to human stupidness, randomness and accidents.

- Fantasy: Starts the same way. Subjects met Fantasy shall encounter really interesting adventures. An exctract of adventure, 20 minutes is enough for a hole lifetime and for a few dozens of fantasy films. Adventure mostly arrive a few minutes later and last for a few weeks, months.

Both effects end, when the items reappear. Who knows when.
