Dragonlike staff since dragons and phoenix are the closest race I can imagine this thing can be related to. Green? No reason.
Family and I were wisiting and my cousin (4) was sleeping. Being while we were talking about warious staff. That is when I put this together. Took me half a hour and 4 minutes to scan.
