Godslayer Orandi by Random223 Godslayer Orandi by Random223
Made for :iconarcel-windwing:

This was the first time my own sword wanted to slay me! (it had different ideas in mind). Summoned a mind-controlled corpse and an android and destroyed both - while forging - Used void gauntlets and almost died, used the Force and it struck me twice. But I did manage to finish it!!!! Aaaaam, I only used 2 souls instead of millions.

Part of his description

"The Orandi (Or-on-dye)
The blade itself... when you concentrate any material enough, it becomes solid... as is the case with the blade... made from the corrupt and captured souls of Millions( if not billings) of lives, giving it an unreal, ethereal feeling, including the souls of at least 2 Deity level beings.

Its powers: The blade is designed to be a Deity Slayer, a weapon that can destroy not only a god of a world... but there entire civilization as well. Only those with strong will power can approach the blade without there souls being torn out from them by its draw, and it takes a Demi-god to even be able to touch the blades handle, and even then, the blade itself remains black and inactive.
Only the blades True Weilder(a Dark/Fallen God himself) or one of his offspring can weild the blade at its full strength, and even then they need a guantlet made of Void Stone to be able to prevent the blade from draining them as well.
The blade acts as a black hole to souls almost, so those killed by it are absorbed as well, it has gotten to the point where the blade can, absent of its owner, will control others to bring it more souls to feed it."

I wanted to borrow a million souls from Hades... then from Loki. They did not help. Then I used a soul of a stupid priest and a politician and the blade turned out batter than possible. When Loki returned for the blade I tested it and now I know that Thor really loved his brother... (only a really tiny bit)...

Very interesting! It almost looks like a burning leaf or vine that manages to retain its color. Awesome!

Use soft/solid brush with low opacity to draw the base aura, then use smudge or liquify tool. Flames, auras, clouds can be generated

Yeah, many similarities to a sword of my own. Can't say which is stronger^^ You did a good job, it looks poisonous and creepy.

This one: [link]

I can tell you more about, if you want. (I was really tired to write a large description, moreover there's one in german in another deviation of mine.)

I would love to hear more about it, as well as to tell you more about my original idea for the Orandi... though explaining the original intentions of the Orandi(and its wielder) Kind of makes them see... Mary Sueish... with good reason though.
